H.E. Robert Maxian, Ambassador of Slovakia to India, Presented Patronship of Indo-Slovakia Film and Cultural Forum

New Delhi, 23rd August 2025: In a graceful and meaningful ceremony held at the Embassy of Slovakia in New Delhi, the Indo-Slovakia Film and Cultural Forum (ISFCF) presented its Patronship to H.E. Robert Maxian, Ambassador of Slovakia to India. The occasion marked yet another milestone in the deepening cultural and creative ties between India and Slovakia.

The forum, established under the aegis of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), has been working consistently to foster closer people-to-people connections between the two nations through the powerful mediums of art, cinema, culture, and education.

Meghashrey Foundation Emerges As A Ray Of Hope In Punjab Flood Tragedy

National President Seema Singh Leads 150-Member Team In Relief Operations

Mumbai. The devastating floods in Punjab have shattered the lives of thousands of families. Amid this calamity, renowned social worker and National President of Meghashrey Foundation, Seema Singh, has taken an active role in relief operations. Her foundation has launched a dedicated campaign to provide assistance across several flood-affected regions of Punjab.

Relief Delivered Door-to-Door

So far, the foundation’s teams have reached thousands of families, distributing essential supplies such as food, milk, tea, snacks, medicines, blankets, bedsheets, and daily necessities. Volunteers are going door-to-door to ensure that flood victims receive timely support for their immediate needs.

150 Volunteers on the Ground

A 150-member team of the foundation has been deployed across different districts of Punjab. These teams are working tirelessly to deliver relief materials and extend every possible help to affected families.

Prof. Sunil Kumar Saxena: A Journey Through Nature’s Inner Mysteries

Nature is boundless in structure and infinite in form, and every artist strives often in vain to grasp its ever-shifting essence. Yet, it is within this very impossibility that art finds its poetry. Born in 1956, Professor Sunil Kumar Saxena has devoted nearly four decades to exploring this challenge. Educated in Kanpur, he has participated in seven solo exhibitions, seven international exhibitions, and over a hundred group shows and art camps across India and abroad.

In his visual world, blurred horizons, veiled mountain ranges, and mirrored reflections in water craft a dreamlike ambiance—one that compels viewers to look beyond the surface. His painterly language reflects a sophisticated understanding of space, light, and form. He does not merely depict nature; he interprets it, revealing layers of meaning that transcend visual representation and challenge the very boundaries of artistic expression. His abstract works transform natural elements into symbolic reflections of life. Mountains represent stability and strength; rivers suggest movement and continuity; clouds speak of life’s uncertainty; and the sky becomes a metaphor for freedom and spiritual longing. मुम्बई. आरके एचआईवी एवं एड्स रिसर्च एवं केयर सेंटर के अध्यक्ष डॉ धर्मेंद्र कुमार ने इस साल 7 सितंबर को अपना जन्मदिन अनोखे तरीके से मनाया. उन्होने अपना बर्थडे मुम्बई के जुहू बीच पर सिलेब्रिट किया. साथ ही उन्होंने अपनी टीम के साथ समुन्दर किनारे की साफ सफाई भी की. विसर्जन के बाद पर्यावरण की देखभाल के लिए उन्होंने य़ह कदम उठाया. एक्टर अक्षय कुमार और महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस की पत्नी अमृता फडणवीस भी इस सफाई अभियान मे शामिल थीं. बीएमसी और मुंबई पुलिस के सहयोग से यह सफाई मुहिम शुरू की गई है. डॉ धर्मेंद्र कुमार ने जुहू बीच पर मेडिकल कैंप भी लगाया जहां लोगों की मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य जांच हुई और फ्री मे दवाएं भी वितरित की गई.

डॉ धर्मेंद्र कुमार देश को टीबी मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में भी काम कर रहे हैं. उन के नेतृत्व में समस्त भारत मे शिविर कराए जा रहे हैं. आर के एचआइवी एड्स रिसर्च एंड केयर सेंटर सबसे ज्यादा मेडिकल कैम्प लगवाने के लिए जाना जाता है। इस संस्था के द्वारा अब तक करोड़ों लोग लाभान्वित हो चुके हैं। आर के एचआइवी एड्स रिसर्च एंड केयर सेंटर के द्वारा गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और बिहार में चिकित्सा शिविर, स्वास्थ्य जांच और दवा वितरण की गई।

6 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थियों तक पहुँच, मुफ़्त दवाओं के माध्यम से ₹1,500 करोड़ से अधिक मूल्य के लाभ वितरित, 1.5 करोड़ से अधिक जोड़ी चश्मे वितरित, दिव्यांगजनों को 34 लाख से अधिक व्हीलचेयर प्रदान की गईं, 1.2 करोड़ से अधिक टीबी निदान परीक्षण किए गए, 1.17 लाख से अधिक टीबी उपचार और पोषण किट वितरित किए गए, 78,000 से अधिक एनीमिया और सिकल सेल रोगियों का उपचार, 42,000 से अधिक सर्वाइकल कैंसर रोगियों की जाँच और उपचार, 2 करोड़ से अधिक निःशुल्क एचआईवी/एड्स जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित, 1 करोड़ से अधिक निःशुल्क चिकित्सा जाँच और निदान प्रदान किए गए

ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य सेवा तक पहुँच बढ़ाने के लिए कई राज्य सरकारों के साथ सहयोग किए गए.
