DJ Chaahat is a rising and rare star in the world of music. She began her journey at a very young age and has already made a mark. Currently 22 years old, she has been working professionally as a DJ for the past seven years. As one of the youngest female DJs in the country, she has become a trailblazer and a role model for many women.

Chaahat shares that she is a professionally trained DJ and has earned a diploma in DJing. She firmly believes that one should never give up on their dreams, but instead pursue them with consistent effort and dedication.

According to her, “Work should not feel like a burden — it should bring joy. Keep enhancing your skills and talents, and turn your dreams into reality. The times have changed; don’t waste your precious life stuck in a single job. If you work hard and stay focused on your goal, you will not only be happy but also improve your financial well-being.”

Chaahat explains that being a DJ is not an easy task. A DJ’s job is not just to entertain the crowd but also to understand their emotions.

“For instance,” she says, “if an emotional, slow song is playing and the audience becomes sentimental, you need to continue in that same emotional wave. You can’t abruptly switch to a high-energy rock or party track. Similarly, if the vibe is fun and upbeat, you can’t suddenly jump to a different genre. DJing is live — a small mistake can disrupt the audience’s mood. That’s why emotional intelligence and quick decision-making are crucial. Glamour is a part of this industry, but real skill and presence of mind define success.”

Chaahat is skilled in music mixing, playlist creation, DJ machine handling, and mastering. She is proficient in playing various genres such as Bollytech, techno, Punjabi, and Bollywood. To create one perfect track, she often has to listen to thousands of songs — analyzing, arranging, and presenting them in a musical flow. It usually takes 3–4 hours of preparation before a single performance. Precision in instruments, beats, and DJ machines is vital, and experience plays a huge role — something Chaahat already possesses in abundance.

Additionally, she plays instruments like the guitar and darbuka with great finesse. Her singing abilities are also commendable. She is passionate about yoga, fitness, and listening to music. DJ Chaahat performs both in India and abroad. This work is very close to her heart, and she regularly performs at parties, clubs, hotels, weddings, and various other events.

Sharing one memorable moment, Chaahat recalls a time when she arrived early for an event in Indore. Since the arrangements were still underway, she started playing music in the hotel to pass time and for her own enjoyment. However, her spontaneous performance quickly attracted attention. In a disturbing turn of events, her official Facebook account was reportedly hacked, with nude and obscene content being circulated under her name without her knowledge or consent.

The incident came to light after Ms. Patel noticed explicit posts being shared through her profile, “Chanda Patel,” which is linked to her verified professional network. Deeply distressed by the breach, she immediately filed a formal complaint with the Senior Inspector at Versova Police Station.

According to the complaint, unidentified individuals gained unauthorized access to her Facebook account and began posting vulgar content aimed at tarnishing her public image and professional credibility.

“This is not just a violation of privacy; it’s a direct attack on my dignity and years of hard work in the industry. I urge the authorities to act swiftly and ensure this criminal activity is stopped,” Ms. Patel stated in her complaint.

The Versova Police Cyber Cell has taken cognizance of the matter and has launched an investigation under relevant sections of the IT Act. Authorities are also coordinating with Meta (Facebook’s parent company) to trace the IP addresses involved and ensure prompt removal of the objectionable content.

With her banner Blue Diamond Production, she has been associated with critically acclaimed films like Hu Tara Ishq Ma, I’m Not a Porn Star, and the upcoming Tera Mera Naata. At the grand stage of Mrs Earth International 2025, Vidhu Ishiqa didn’t just walk in a costume — she walked in a story. Representing the power and serenity of Mother Earth, her jungle-themed national costume was a true celebration of nature, sustainability, and sisterhood.

What made the costume even more special was its origin — it was entirely handmade at home, with no big designers involved. Vidhu, along with her close-knit group of girlfriends, spent over six weeks putting it together. Every flower was hand-placed, every fitting was done at home, and every detail was the result of deep thought and collaboration. Her dear friend Shweta played a major role in bringing the vision to life, helping with fittings and the intricate floral arrangements.

The costume, predominantly green, was designed to reflect nature in its purest form. From the upcycled corset to the handcrafted cape, every element was rooted in sustainability.
