Pallavi Debnath, an actress residing in Kolkata, has been actively involved in acting in films, TV shows, and web series in Mumbai for quite some time now. Pallavi had a keen interest in acting since childhood and has been participating in ramp walks and modeling since her school days.

She started her career as a model and participated in several beauty pageants, including Miss India 2010 and Miss Gladrags 2007, where she was a finalist. She also modeled for Lakme India, Blender’s Pride Fashion Tour, and Signature Fashion Show, among others, winning awards such as Best Walk, Best Body, and Best Model. Currently, she is focusing more on her acting career after taking a break from modeling.

She has showcased her acting skills in various web series, including “Crackdown 2” by Apoorva Lakhia, “Padosan” and “Rakshas Dahan” on Ishara TV, “Rangeela Baap” and “Tuition Teacher” on V Motion, “Bestfriend” on Reel IT App, “Rangin” on Alt Balaji, “Pipili” and “Betab Parinde” on Namkeen TV, “Kabristan” and “M for Message” on Atrangi, “Chitralekha” on Tadka Prime, “Dasi” on MX Player, “Need” by Mukesh Agrawal, and more than fifty crime shows on Ultra Channel.

She has several upcoming web series releases, including “Revolution – The Battle of Education” on Amazon Prime, where she is working with Mimoh Chakraborty and Hiten Tejwani, and another series with Aman Verma. Her web series “Makeup Man” is also set to release soon. She has completed shooting for the web series “A Love Lease” in Punjab, co-starring with fellow actor Gulshan Pandey. Additionally, she currently has several projects in progress.

Pallavi Debnath has shared that when she first walked the ramp in her childhood, her classmates made fun of her, which deeply affected her. From then on, Pallavi resolved to achieve success as a model and actress with her strong determination, dedication, and unwavering self-confidence. She attended modeling school to improve her skills, learned dance and acting, and continues to practice and attend workshops to refine her acting. Pallavi has completed her education alongside her modeling and acting career, holding an MBA degree. She has a keen interest in reading, dancing, and singing. Her favorite actors are Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Pallavi enjoys portraying suspenseful and thrilling characters, and has played many diverse roles. Her advice is to never give up in the face of challenges, and to believe in one’s skills and hard work, as success will eventually follow, placing the world in one’s hands.

Queensland Ministerial And Tourism Delegation Visits India To Strengthen Tourism Partnerships

~ Representatives of the Australian state of Queensland are in India this week to strengthen trade, education and tourism ties ~

~ The delegation is led by Queensland Government Minister Stirling Hinchliffe and includes tourism representatives ~

~ This is the first Queensland ministerial visit since the launch Queensland-India Trade and Investment Strategy 2023-2027 ~

India, 07th December 2023: A high-level tourism, trade and education delegation from Queensland is in India this week to strengthen economic and social relationships between the two regions. Building new tourism and international education opportunities is an important component of the trade mission, led by the Queensland Government’s Minister for Tourism, Innovation and Sport Stirling Hinchliffe.

Mr Hinchliffe is joined by representatives from Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ), Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ), Tourism Australia and Queensland’s airports and Regional Tourism Organisations. During the first half of 2023, more than 64,000 travellers from India visited Queensland to enjoy the State’s great lifestyle and world-class tourism experiences and destinations.

Currently there are 17,700 students from India enrolled with Queensland education and training providers.  The delegation led by Minister Hinchliffe is the first official Queensland ministerial visit to India since the signing of the joint Queensland-India Trade and Investment Strategy 2023-2027.

The strategy is designed to promote long-term collaboration in education, innovation and economic growth, starting on Queensland’s runway to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) has increased its presence and resources in India with Minister Hinchliffe officially opening TIQ’s new Mumbai office this week in partnership with the Australian Consulate-General in Mumbai.

Speaking about his visit, Queensland Tourism Minister Stirling Hinchliffe said: “Queensland is home to a significant Indian community with more than 90,000 residents of Indian heritage and almost 18,000 students studying onshore with Queensland education providers. The Queensland-India Trade and Investment Strategy recognises the many mutually beneficial opportunities for building stronger links between the two regions, particularly on Queensland’s runway to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. With a great lifestyle, world-class tourism destinations, unique, awe-inspiring natural attractions and Indigenous cultures, Queensland is the favourite domestic holiday destination of Australians. An important focus of this delegation is exploring new opportunities to reunite family and friends and share more of Queensland’s award-winning tourism experiences with Indian visitors.”

हरि जोशी के व्यक्तित्व व कृतित्व पर परिचर्चा

मुम्बई । विश्व हिन्दी अकादमी और मालवा रंगमंच समिति के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में लगभग चालीस पुस्तकों के रचयिता हरि जोशी के व्यक्तित्व व कृतित्व पर एक परिचर्चा का आयोजन फ़नकार स्टूडियो, अंधेरी पश्चिम में सम्पन्न हुआ। इसमें स्वास्थ्य ठीक न होने के बावजूद साहित्यकार हरि जोशी जी अपनी पुत्री अपर्णा द्विवेदी और  दामाद श्री के साथ उपस्थित हुए। अपनी कई पुस्तकों से जुड़ी बातें भी साझा किया। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि, उनकी आने वाली पुस्तक ‘श्वान ‘ है, जो नव वर्ष की सौगात के रूप में पाठकों तक पहुँच जाएगी।

केशव राय के संचालन में कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ। आरम्भ में उनकी पुत्री ने अपने पिता के साथ पिता – पुत्री के सम्बन्धों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा कि, ‘पिता जी के पास लिखने के लिए बहुत समय है लेकिन फैमिली के लिए समय नहीं है।’ इस पर अपनी बात रखते हुए डाक्टर प्रज्ञा शर्मा ने पिता- पुत्री और दामाद की सराहना की और कहा कि, ‘जोशी जी ने अपने तीनों बच्चों को बहुत अच्छा संस्कार दिया है। आज उनके पुत्र, पुत्री और दामाद में वह गुण देखने को मिलता है।’

कार्यक्रम के आरंभ में साहित्यकार पवन तिवारी ने जोशी जी की दो कविताओं का सस्वर पाठ और उनके व्यक्तित्व पर चर्चा की। लेखिका नीलम पांडेय ने श्री जोशी की कृतियों पर चर्चा की। पत्रकार- लेखक रमेश यादव ने अपनी पहली मुलाकात के सन्दर्भ से अपनी बात रखी। फिल्मकार राजेश राठी ने अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि, ‘जोशी जी की कहानियों पर फिल्म बननी चाहिए।’ पत्रकार – लेखक शामी एम् इरफ़ान ने बचपन में धर्मयुग’ में प्रकाशित और ‘किस्से रईसों नवाबों के’ पुस्तक संग्रहीत रचनाओं के हवाले से जोशी जी के कृतित्व पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किये।

इस कार्यक्रम में अभिनेता लेखक- निर्देशक चंपक बनर्जी ने श्री जोशी पर वृतचित्र बनाने की मंशा जाहिर की। विज्ञापन जगत में ख्याति प्राप्त लेखक प्रवीण भटनागर ने श्री जोशी के व्यक्तित्व पर बोलते हुए उज्जैन के इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज की बहुत सी यादें ताजी करी। उन्होंने एक स्मृतिचिह्न साहित्यकार हरि जोशी को भेंट करके सम्मानित किया। इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन केशव राय और अंत में धन्यवाद ज्ञापन सुभाष चन्द्र त्रिपाठी ने किया।
