Amruta Fadnavis, Shahid Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Sreeleela To Empower Over 1,000 Children At Divyaj Foundation Yoga Day Celebration At Dome, SVP Stadium, Worli

Over 1,000 children of deceased farmers and BMC students will come together at DOME, SVP Stadium, Worli, as Divyaj Foundation celebrates International Yoga Day 2026 with a unique initiative centred on wellness, resilience, empowerment and hope.

The event will be spearheaded by Amruta Fadnavis, Founder of Divyaj Foundation, Former banker, singer, social activist, philanthropist, and attended by Anupriya Patel, Hon Union Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India; Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Hon State Cabinet Minister for Skill Development, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation; and Ashwini Bhide, IAS, Municipal Commissioner of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation and former Managing Director of Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation. Celebrities Shahid Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and Sreeleela will also be present, along with distinguished guests including Shantilal Muttha, Founder of Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana; Manju Lodha, social worker and philanthropist; Seema Singh, entrepreneur and philanthropist; and Mazhar Nadiadwala, Managing Director, DOME Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Globally renowned holistic health guru Dr. Mickey Mehta will lead a mass yoga and meditation session for the children.

The initiative aims to reinforce the importance of mental well-being, emotional strength and positive living while encouraging children to dream beyond their circumstances and believe in their potential.

Speaking ahead of the event, Amruta Fadnavis said, “This celebration is not just about International Yoga Day. It is about reminding every child that their dreams matter, their future matters and they are not alone in their journey. These children have faced circumstances that no child should ever have to face, yet they continue to display extraordinary courage and resilience. Shahid Kapoor’s presence is expected to add to the excitement of the celebration as the actor interacts with the children and supports the initiative’s message of wellness, positivity and self-belief.

Jackie Shroff will engage with the children and share lessons from his own life journey, encouraging them to remain resilient in the face of challenges, believe in themselves and never lose hope. Through his interaction, he will inspire the children to recognise their inner strength and pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.

Founder of Super 30, Anand Kumar, will inspire the children with his remarkable journey of transforming lives through education, encouraging them to believe in the transformative power of knowledge and perseverance.

Adding a vibrant element to the celebration, the children will witness a spectacular aerial acrobatic performance by the all-women ensemble Yo Highness, known for its breathtaking choreography and gravity-defying acts. The event will also feature an interactive performance by Drum Cafe, where children will create rhythmic beats using Boomwhackers in a fun and engaging musical experience designed to encourage teamwork, creativity and joyful expression.

“Florals and Forms” – A Group Exhibition by Four Contemporary Women Artists at Jehangir Art Gallery Exhibition 

Florals and Forms brings together the creative expressions of four contemporary women artists whose works celebrate the beauty of flowers, nature, folk traditions, and human emotions. The exhibition offers art lovers a rich visual journey through diverse artistic styles, themes, and perspectives.

Sudha Barshikar has been actively contributing to the art world for over five decades. Inspired by nature, spirituality, and Indian culture, her celebrated series “Whispers of Nature” beautifully captures the grace and serenity of flowers and the natural world.

Nanda Pathak has been actively associated with the field of art for nearly 30 years and has participated in numerous prestigious art exhibitions. Since 2019, she has been a regular participant in the Indian Art Festival. Her paintings beautifully reflect the richness of Indian culture.

Her artworks are strongly influenced by Rajasthani folk art and the social traditions of Rajasthan. Through her paintings, she sensitively portrays nature, human emotions, peace, and the balance of life, creating visually engaging and meaningful compositions.

Art has been her lifelong passion, and her dedication to the field has earned her several accolades. She has received the Emerging Artist Award at an Art Contest, the International Achieve Women Achievers Artist Award in 2021, and the Mani Karnika Art Gallery Gold Award in 2025.

Janhavi Bhide, a multidisciplinary artist from Pune, presents works characterized by rich textures, abstract forms, and the striking use of gold tones. Her paintings create a unique synthesis of science, spirituality, and aesthetics, inviting viewers into a world of contemplation and beauty.

Sohnal V Saxena is an electronics engineer, art therapist, and accomplished painter. Her artworks blend Indian folk traditions with contemporary artistic sensibilities. Nature, Indian culture, folklore, and human emotions form the core themes of her practice. Distinguished by vibrant colours, folk-inspired visual language, and expressive storytelling, she has participated in over 200 exhibitions and has received numerous national and international awards.

Through Florals and Forms, visitors will experience a vibrant spectrum of artistic expressions inspired by flowers, nature, folk art, and the many shades of human emotions. The exhibition promises an engaging and enriching visual experience for art enthusiasts, collectors, and the general public alike.

Mumbai, June 12, 2026: The posters for “Abhaya”—a compelling film centered on women’s empowerment—have been officially launched in four major languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. Gohil of RDG Production Private Limited, this grand poster unveiling heralds the film’s upcoming theatrical release across India. “Abhaya,” produced under the banner of Gradiente Infotainment Limited in Association with RDG Production Private Limited, is written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Yusuf Muzammil Surti.
